Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the nzeta-visa.org website and our NZeTA application service. By using the website or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About our service

NZeTA-Visa.org is a private, independent online service that helps travellers prepare and submit their New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the New Zealand government, Immigration New Zealand or any other government body. You can also apply for an NZeTA directly with Immigration New Zealand, without using our service.

Our service fee covers processing assistance, application review and customer support. It is charged in addition to the NZeTA application charge and the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL), where applicable. All three are included in the single price you pay.

2. Who can use the service

To use our NZeTA application service, you must:

• Be a citizen of an NZeTA-eligible country, or be a passenger arriving by cruise ship.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information in your application.
• Hold a valid passport that meets New Zealand's entry requirements.

3. How applications are handled

When you submit an NZeTA application through our website:

• We review your application details and submit them to the New Zealand immigration authorities for assessment.
• Most applications are processed within 24–72 hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 7 working days.
• Approval is at the sole discretion of the New Zealand immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved.
• If your application is approved, your NZeTA is linked electronically to your passport and you will receive a confirmation email with your authorisation details.
• You are responsible for making sure all the information you submit is accurate. Errors or omissions may cause delays or lead to refusal of entry.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely when you submit your application. By paying, you agree that:

• The total amount charged includes our service fee plus the NZeTA application charge and the IVL, where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full before your application is processed.
• We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
• You will be able to review your application details and the total charge before you confirm payment.
• Once you have paid and your application has been forwarded to the New Zealand immigration authorities, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

5. Refunds

Because of the nature of the NZeTA application service:

• All fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the New Zealand immigration authorities, whether the application is approved or declined.
• The NZeTA application charge and the IVL are non-refundable in all circumstances.
• If a technical error on our part prevents your application from being submitted, we will, at our discretion, either reprocess your application or issue a refund.

6. NZeTA validity

• An approved NZeTA is generally valid for 2 years from the date of issue, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
• While it is valid, the NZeTA can be used for multiple visits to New Zealand.
• Each visit must not last more than 90 days (6 months for UK citizens).
• If you get a new passport, your existing NZeTA is no longer valid and you must submit a new application.

7. Accuracy of your information

You alone are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your application. We strongly advise you to check every detail, including your name, date of birth, passport number and passport expiry date, before you submit. We accept no liability for delays, refusals or travel disruption caused by errors in the information you submit.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information on this website.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
• The approval of any NZeTA application submitted through our service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NZeTA-Visa.org is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to:

• Delays to, or rejection of, an application by the New Zealand immigration authorities.
• Travel disruption, missed flights or accommodation costs related to NZeTA processing times.
• Loss of data, or unauthorised access to your personal information despite reasonable security measures.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of NZeTA-Visa.org or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

11. Privacy

We collect and process your personal information only to submit your NZeTA application. Your data is shared with the New Zealand immigration authorities as needed to process your application. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. If you continue to use our service after a change, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you check this page from time to time.
