1. About Our Service

NZeTA-Visa.org is a private, independent online service that assists travellers in preparing and submitting their New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the New Zealand Government, Immigration New Zealand, or any official government body. Travellers may also apply for an NZeTA directly through the official New Zealand Government channels without using our service.

Our service fee covers the cost of processing assistance, application review, and customer support. This fee is in addition to the mandatory New Zealand Government fee and the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL), where applicable.

2. Eligibility

To use our NZeTA application service, you must:

• Be a citizen of a NZeTA-eligible country or a passenger arriving by cruise ship.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application.
• Hold a valid passport that meets New Zealand's entry requirements.

3. Application Process

When you submit an NZeTA application through our website:

• Your application details are reviewed and submitted to the New Zealand Government for assessment.
• Most applications are processed and approved within 24–72 hours. However, processing may take up to 7 working days in some cases.
• Approval is at the sole discretion of Immigration New Zealand. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved.
• Upon approval, your NZeTA will be electronically linked to your passport. You will receive a confirmation email containing your authorisation details.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate. Errors or omissions may result in delays or refusal of entry.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely at the time of application submission. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the following:

• The total amount charged includes our service fee plus the applicable New Zealand Government fees.
• Payment must be made in full before your application is processed.
• We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
• You will have the opportunity to review your application details and total charges before confirming payment.
• Once payment is submitted and your application has been forwarded to Immigration New Zealand, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the NZeTA application service:

• All fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to Immigration New Zealand, regardless of whether the application is approved or declined.
• The New Zealand Government application fee and IVL are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If a technical error on our part prevents your application from being submitted, we will reprocess your application or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. NZeTA Validity

• An approved NZeTA is generally valid for 2 years from the date of issue, or until your passport expires — whichever comes first.
• During its validity period, the NZeTA allows multiple entries to New Zealand.
• Each visit must not exceed 90 days (or 6 months for UK citizens).
• If you obtain a new passport, your existing NZeTA becomes invalid and a new application must be submitted.

7. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in your application. We strongly advise you to verify all details — including your name, date of birth, passport number, and passport expiry date — before submission. We accept no liability for delays, refusals, or travel disruptions caused by errors in your submitted information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on this website.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
• The approval of any NZeTA application submitted through our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NZeTA-Visa.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to:

• Application delays or rejections by Immigration New Zealand.
• Travel disruptions, missed flights, or accommodation costs related to NZeTA processing times.
