Belgian citizens travelling to New Zealand must obtain a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) before departure. As a visa-waiver country, Belgium nationals do not need a traditional visa for short stays — but the NZeTA is mandatory and must be electronically linked to your passport before you board your flight.
Whether you are visiting for tourism, business, or transit, the NZeTA is your entry requirement. Apply online and receive approval by email within 24–72 hours.
